  2. So we always use utc as we have the Z part in the date, correct?

    1. From backend perspective, it looks like only Z is supported. Furthermore, data is usually stored in Z timezone. This is why this time range should be manipulated in Z timezone and not in the user's local.
      I see that current handling doesn't work properly if we need to handle data stored in different timezone, but that would be a bigger change. I don't foresee that coming up.

    1. Yeah, took me some time to realize why the seconds weren't working!
