    [solr] Make DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE configurable
    * this setting is added in Django 1.10, but it block Solr dashboard adding new widgets
      if the post body size is bigger than the setting value.

  1. This is fishy, wouldn't there a way to optimize the POST request to the Dashboard instead?

    We should not set None as default, as this is disables the check.
