Changes made:
Hue.Desktop.BackgroundManager defaults to a solid color.
Hex value for "Rich Blue" color has been changed, new value is used as default.
"Grey Green" and "Khaki" have been removed, since they look bad.
Rather than choose hue logos at random for solid color backgrounds, we now have specific hue logos for each solid color for uniform look and feel.
Visual inspection. Works in FF and Chromium (working in Linux, so I don't have access to Safari).

  1. I would have liked to not support this fade to the new color feature, and go with something simpler.

  2. why do we need to fade to the new color?

This to me, is probably redundant and overkill.
    1. If you think this is more work, then I am fine with a ship it.
    2. I definitely can look into that. I'll do that after I get the Shell app into master, since feature freeze is before code freeze.
  3.
