HUE-1249 [core] web page title should include app name

    - Using section name as app name (seems to be the case in general).

Will it do: Hue - Pig Editor - Pig Editor? romain romain

  1.

  2. Will it do:
Hue - Pig Editor - Pig Editor?
    1. It will do Hue - Pig - Pig Editor.
Also, the other apps should see similar title casing of their app names.
      IE: Hue - Jobbrowser - ...
      Hue - Jobsub - ...
      Hue - Metastore - ...
      etc.
    2. Thinking... maybe we should add an 'app' parameter to the commonheader function so that we can pass a pretty name?
    3. section is the one key of the app_list, so we could get the nice name from there. But then we will get 'Hue - Pig Editor - Pig Editor'..
    4. We could rename all the titles accordingly, 'Hue - Pig Editor - Editor', 'Hue - Oozie Editor/Dashboard - Workflow Dashboard', 'Hue - Oozie Editor/Dashboard - Workflow Editor'.

  3.
