    HUE-1722 [impala] Scrolling below initial 100 records shows NULLs as blank values
    
    Loop over cell values to ensure that each null value is represented as the string NULL.

    1. The three that I saw that looked useful were fnDrawCallback, fnPredrawCallback, and fnRowCallback... from here: http://datatables.net/usage/callbacks
    1. We don't want type conversion to occur here.  For instance undefined == null evaluates to true... when it should really just be null values that we convert.
    2. Actually... i guess if it's undefined... then we should do the same thing in this case. ill change it.

  1. Ok, maybe fnPredrawCallback.
    
    Anyway, don't forget to fix the commit message
    1. fnPredrawCallback is ran at the beginning of the table drawing. I guess we could iterate through the entire dataset and change it first... but fnRowCallback seems more understandable.
